When the architectural concept of the commercial project in Canggu was close to completion, the client decided to develop the next commercial centre in a bigger site.
To be located along side of one of the busy roads between Bali International Airport and Bali Trade Development Centre (BTDC), this commercial centre will deliberately set itself apart from the competition through design. With almost 120m street side opening, the domination of the street elevation is a must. This advantage will also make the flow of vehicles easier to arrange, without causing more traffic problems on the already congested main road.
This building will be composed into 4 floors and 1 level of basement. The ground level will be dedicated for a supermarket. The 2nd floor will serve a space for F&B tenant -which is planned to spread along the street view- with several small fashion shops block the internal space.
