Located in a narrow space available in the dense urban areas . The style of modern architecture always comes trough in these kind of situation.
The site divide into 4 similar houses plus 1 house sit on the bigger site. All of types contain 3 bedrooms, living-dining, kitchen and maids station – combine with a big void to allow penetration of the natural light into the rear indoor space and at the same time create a feeling being in a bigger space.
For the bigger house , we add timber screen in order to break the volume of the natural light considering t h e h o u s e f a c e e a s t – w e s t .
Big cantilever also apply to reduce the amount of natural light- protected from heavy rain , and also create a better modern look for the building.
Finally we choose local stone (paras Kerobokan) to create a strong accent for the building.
