This project is in the Soka, an area famous for its beach potentials. With almost 1.2 hectares area and a contour descending towards the river, this land has very strong potential to be an attractive design product.
This project is divided into 2 large scopes consisting of a cattle farmland occupying 80% of the total land, and the remaining 20% ​​is dedicated as a private farmhouse.
The challenging part of this project is how to get around this so that these two functions do not “interfere” with each other – but are still in the same area. The relatively steep contour brings its own challenges, particularly access from the highway to the lowest point of the area where the cattle farmland is situated
