This project is located in a tourist area surrounded by several hotels and 5-star facilities. The most interesting part of this the location of the land, sloping down and form a basin far below the road level. This basin is surrounded by a flat area on the top level (roads) which seems to function as a frame for the entire development.
Interestingly, this basin is decorated with natural limestone walls, the strongest potential for a great design.
The most difficult challenge we are facing is how to minimize or even eliminate the impression of “buildings that are below street level”. To solve this issue, we initially develop the “frame” area/area on the top level as optimally as possible so as to create a building composition that is in harmony with the natural contours while visually reducing the impression of the presence of a highway.
