This development contain 15 unique villas in an area close to the beach. Each villa contain 2 bedrooms , pool and pool deck , living dining and  kitchen area sit on the 500 m2 land.

Few criteria has been dictated by the developer , One of them is the criteria to have a basic/modular villa type that can be repeat in a various way to avoid  similarity in all development.

Based on the brief we finally created 4 type of villas which look different but made from the same module.

As a result, in principle the villa made in 2 main shapes, living dining and kitchen area which cover by the big flat roof, and accommodation block which cover by the smaller roof.

Both shapes link by a cover walkway, terrace/decking, and series of landscape.
