ZKA was commissioned to proposed the architectural design of a twin house in a 300m2 land which divide into 2 similar houses. The shape of pitch roof being used as per client requirement.
The same treatment used in a typical townhouse is apply a big void to generate the natural light and at the same time create an impression of a bigger s p a c e .
This house contain 3 bedrooms along with living –
dining-kitchen and an adequate space for laundry.

Small service yard located at the rear side of the building that also useful for an air circulation.
